Till 2026 UEC-Perm Engines will reach production volumes of up to 50 PD-14 engines per year.

Serial production assimilation for fifth generation engine PD-14 is entering final straight: currently 12 engines have been assembled and six are planned to be assembled till the end of the year and during the next one, in such manner the preproduction batch will be finished. Meanwhile “preproduction” PD-14 engines are being tested in Avaidvigatel, Central Institute of Aviation Motors (CIAM) and M.M. Gromov Flight Research Institute (FRI) on IL-76 flying test bed wing.

Everything is ready for serial production of new engines: more than 28,500 pieces of specific accessories and tools have been produced; this work is still taking place.  More than 2,500 new parts and assembly units, produced by Perm Engines and cooperation companies, is used at PD-14 assembly.

In August this year the reconstruction of the Test Stand is to be finished: it is intended for testing of serially manufactured PS-90A and new PD-14 engines. With its operation the capacity will increase in 2-3 times.
